Legal Agreements

Legal Agreements with Morneau Family Law & Legal Innovation

When two people cannot agree and hold conflicting views, the traditional family law approach is heavily reliant on courts to form an agreement on their behalf.

I take a different, holistic approach to help you reach agreements without the stress and emotional impact of litigation. My approach draws on mediation, collaborative law and other techniques to help you navigate your current conflicts, resolve issues that affect you and your family, and facilitate lasting and binding agreements

I also recognize that in some circumstances, court may the only option, and I will work with you to discuss the best option. It’s worth considering that 95%-99% of court cases are resolved before coming to trial, so court should be considered a last resort rather than the default.
